What do I need to bring to my classes/sessions?
-Large, full water bottle

Do you offer 1-on-1 personal training?
We offer 1-on-1, duet and trio styled personal training, which can consist of a small group of 2-4 people. Please contact the studio for additional information on these private personal training options and current availability.
Are men allowed to attend the classes?
Men are absolutely allowed to join and can experience all of the amazing benefits and results that our women clients do!
How do I sign up for classes?
Please contact the studio or click on the top link titled "SCHEDULE". This link will take you directly to our the live schedule. Because spaces are limited, we highly recommend booking your appointments several weeks in advance. This will assist you in staying accountable & committed to your fitness routine!
When should I eat prior to taking my session/class?
Most clients find that they feel their best if they have eaten 2-3 hours prior to their workout. Be sure to come to your sessions/classes fully hydrated and well.
May I bring my children with me to the studio?
Childcare amenities are not provided at the studio at this time. All attendees must be 18 years of age or older.
What should I wear to my classes/sessions?
Pants, leggings or capris are most recommended for your workout. Be sure that your clothing is comfortable, breathable and flexible. You will want to remove your outdoor shoes and slide into your indoor only workout shoes at the studio door entrance to keep your space clean and safe.
Do I need to arrive early to my sessions/classes?
New members: please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session/class to get all set-up. Current members: arriving 5 minutes early will allow you enough time to make yourself comfortable. You will be able to enter the studio up to 10 minutes after class has started.
I have not worked out in a very long time...Will I be able to keep up?
Your workout is all about YOU. Every workout will have modifications, which will offer you ideas for making the movements easier or even more challenging. You deserve to get the most out of your workout and be challenged at your own individual level. Your workout will be tailored to a perfect fit for you, regardless of your level or experience.
I have history of an injury. Can I still participate?
Please consult with your healthcare physician regarding any medical conditions prior to beginning this exercise activity. Once you have been cleared to proceed, please inform your trainer of any medical concerns. If at anytime during your workout you begin to feel weak, faint or dizzy or experience any physical discomfort, you should stop immediately and see your healthcare physician.
