MY BEST KNOWN QUIRKS:
My obsession with sculpting perfect booties, an unconventional fashion for "killing my clients with kindness", being a bit of a coffee-snob...yet at the same time, my extreme caffeine sensitivities, making sure a good glass of Cabernet (preferably Revana or Secret Squirrel) always fits into my personal nutrition plan on the weekend, a lover of pups big and small, my constantly confusing inner-battle as a wanderlust yet homebody.

Life is busy, we all know that. Especially in the age of technology it's not only busy, but it is rushed and quick and we want instant gratification. Let me be the first to tell you that coming to the studio will be your first step in changing your life, but you won't SEE it until you have made a life-style change and that comes with time.
We all want to SEE our progress so quick, that is why added supplements that promise to boost your results faster are so popular. But I want to tell you... Anything that is worth doing and worth changing takes time, patience, love, energy, and the power to have compassion for yourself during that journey is worth the wait.
Slow it down an enjoy your workouts, never ever let it be a punishment. I will say that you will FEEL progress much quicker than you will see it. And I am all about the feelings you get from workouts. The endorphins that flood your body and make you feel good, how that feeling will soon transfer into your every day life is what I strive to remind and inform people about when it comes to accepting and taking on a new group fitness routine. You have to have compassion for yourself and your body to acknowledge results take time.
The journey to change should also bring you to loving yourself and your body more, along with understanding yourself and your body more than you have before. It's not just physical activity. It's "emotional" activity & gaining some extra "happy" along the way. -Amber
MY BEST KNOWN QUIRKS:
I love going for long drives on the interstate or a good scenic back road (the longer the better mountainous is perfect), I guess that is the Montana in me longing for adventure and cruising in the sunshine with the windows down and some Tom Petty playing loud. Speaking of music, I can often sing any song that comes on the radio, but most of the time I couldn't tell you who sings it. Just being a lover of adventure, music, being outdoors, and enjoying time with friends and family all while struggling to want to just stay home watch Netflix and/or craft/relax in the sunshine (with lots of SPF).
